AM Labels Limited, an award-winning colour label printing machine specialist, label manufacturer, barcoding and software solution expert based in Northamptonshire, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Business of the Year category at this year’s Kettering Awards.
The annual Kettering Awards, which were established in 2018, are designed to recognise, support and celebrate the wide range of hard working, innovative and enterprising businesses that operate throughout the Kettering borough.
Entrants to the Business of the Year category were asked to illustrate ways in which their business has demonstrated sustainability and growth, as well as how they have overcome challenges to drive their business forward during the Covid-19 pandemic. Entries closed on Wednesday 30th June and will now be judged by an expert panel.
AM Labels Limited has also announced that it will be sponsoring a category at the Kettering Awards. The Start-up Business of the Year award, which is being sponsored by AM Labels, recognises companies that have been trading for two years or less, which have developed their business from an initial idea, identified an opportunity in the marketplace, developed an innovative product or service and have taken this to customers to result in successful sales growth. The judges will also be looking out for entrants that can demonstrate innovative ways in which they started and grew their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The winning business from each of the ten award categories, including Retailer of the Year, Employer of the Year and Small Business of the Year, will be announced during the awards ceremony on Friday 8th October 2021 at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa.
