Helix Connect replaces fragmented communications across legacy platforms with a structured,
permanent environment organised around each client’s accounts, projects, and regulatory
programmes. The platform is available immediately to all Yordas clients at no additional cost and
is accessible across the full range of Yordas services, including regulatory monitoring, SDS
Manager, hazard communications, and advisory services.

Designed For Continuity And Speed
A defining feature of Helix Connect is its approach to institutional knowledge. All conversations
are permanently threaded and searchable, meaning that new client team members can access the
complete history of a regulatory project from day one, without relying on email archives or
manual handovers. The platform integrates with standard email workflows, allowing users to
follow conversations and respond directly from their inbox, with all activity automatically
captured within the platform.
No Additional Cost For Existing Clients
All existing Yordas clients gain access to Helix Connect as part of their current service agreements.
The platform is the successor to the Yordas Regulatory Advice Service, which has retired with this
launch. Clients previously using that service will find their expert access preserved and
significantly enhanced within the new environment.
Immediate Availability
Helix Connect is available now. Client accounts will be configured by Yordas client solutions
teams, with onboarding support provided as standard. The platform has been in active use with
selected clients throughout the development period, and client feedback has been consistently
positive regarding its usability and impact on regulatory workflow efficiency.
