BASA Awards 2025: Shortlist Now Live – Secure Your Seat at the Industry’s Premier Celebration!

BASA, the adhesives and sealants association for the UK & Ireland, is thrilled to announce that the shortlist for the 2025 BASA Awards has now been revealed. This marks a major milestone in the build-up to the second BASA Awards Night, taking place on Thursday 6th November 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, which brought together over 100 delegates from across the industry, this year’s ceremony promises another unforgettable evening. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, live entertainment, and an awards programme hosted by acclaimed stand-up comedian Jimmy McGhie.

The BASA Awards were created to spotlight excellence in adhesives and sealants, celebrating those companies and individuals who are driving innovation, demonstrating leadership, and making a positive impact in their communities. BASA have released the shortlist for six of the awards; Community Engagement; Best Sustainability Initiative – Sponsored by PALEUS Acrylics; Innovation – sponsored by Azelis UK Ltd; Apprentice of the Year, Excellence in Training & Development & Excellence in Supply & Services – Sponsored by F. Ball and Co. Ltd.

The shortlist for the remaining two categories; Future Leader & Manufacturer of the Year, will be announced later in August.

The 2025 shortlist reflects the high calibre of entries submitted this year. Finalists represent the diversity and ambition of the UK and Ireland’s adhesives and sealants sector, with judging undertaken by a panel of experienced industry professionals.

BASA CEO Lorna Williams commented: “Congratulations to all those shortlisted and thank you to our members for submitting such thoughtful entries. It’s fantastic to see the Awards growing in momentum as we celebrate the achievements shaping the future of our industry.”

Tickets for the BASA Awards 2025 are now on sale. Individual tickets are priced at £250+VAT, with tables of 10 available for £2,000+VAT.
