A new opportunity has arisen within our Ecotoxicology department for a Laboratory Assistant within their enthusiastic team. The role is varied in nature and includes culturing and maintenance of aquatic organisms, stock control, glassware washing, and setting up of equipment and routine maintenance in support of of GLP-compliant regulatory studies. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be mainly lab based. No experience is required as full training will be given but some experience of culturing and working with aquatic species would be advantageous.

An opportunity now exists for a Senior Scientist (Study Director) with experience of Environmental Fate and/or Metabolism (plant and animal) to join a leading environmental testing laboratory. Responsible for managing a variety of studies that are carried out and reported to high scientific standards in compliance with GLP regulations. You will design and conduct environmental fate and/or metabolism studies (plant and animals) in accordance with OECD guidelines.

Quality is core to all that we do and there is now a need to recruit a new QA Officer. This position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with GLP across all departments by conducting protocol reviews, in-life inspections, facility inspections, data and report audits and issuing audit reports. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining appropriate QA records and assisting in special assignments at the request of the QA Manager.
